These are our standard auction terms and conditions. Terms and conditions will sometimes vary from auction to auction because of seller wishes.
All sales are final. Everything is sold as is with No warranty or guarantee. Descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Hiller Auction does not guarantee the accuracy or working condition of speedometers or hour meters. We encourage all bidders to attend our auction previews and inspect items for themselves. You are responsible for inspecting items PRIOR to placing bids. If you do not pay for your items you will be banned from further auctions.
There is a 10% Buyers fee and Minnesota sales tax applies. Credit and debit Cards will be charged an additional 3% convenience fee.
Auctions have a staggered ending. Usually, one item per minute. The time remaining will show under the bid boxes. Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If there is a bid in the final minute, the auction on that item will extend for 5 minutes. It will extend as many times as needed, to determine the high bidder. You can do your bidding one bid at a time or you can use the Maximum bid box. If you put in a “Max Bid” the system will bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid. If you choose to bid one bid at a time, don’t forget to hit the “refresh”. If you don’t, you won’t know if your bid is still winning.
Items may be subject to seller confirmation. Hiller Auction reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) to reach pre-determined reserves. Not all items have reserve selling prices. Reserves are not disclosed.
Hiller Auction is a state licensed Auto Auction Company. Minnesota residents buying items with registrations and/or titles will have an additional fee added after the auction to cover State of Minnesota fees along with a $25 documentation fee. If you want us to let you know what it will cost you, contact us at least 72 hours prior to the auction ending.
Out of state and Canadian bidders please note. We are a Minnesota company doing business in the State of Minnesota. Any additional cost for registrations to satisfy your home state or country laws will be your expense.
